Open Banking — Daily Settlement

Tylt Prime enables merchants to collect payments through Open Banking, allowing customers across the EU and UK to make instant account-to-account transfers in local currency. All transactions are automatically converted and settled to the merchant in USDC.

Under the Daily Settlement model:

  • Each Open Banking transaction is reconciled and converted to USDC after completion.

  • The accumulated balance from all transactions is settled once daily at 2:00 AM UTC.

  • Merchants can view their updated balance and initiate withdrawals or payouts using their available USDC balance.

This model ensures predictable liquidity, simplified reconciliation, and seamless integration into existing accounting and treasury workflows.
